  • Two 60 minute practices that will take you on a journey of self-care and self-healing. The first hour practice will focus on the upper body, the second on the lower body.
  • Two 60 minute practice sessions (fondly called the “learning laboratory”) where James will review, in detail, each Somatic Movement flow taught in both of his classes. In these sessions participants can ask questions and take notes.
  • One 15-20 minute presentation in which James will highlight some of the principles behind Gentle Somatic Yoga (neuroscience, method, and philosophy). The intention is to take your experience of Gentle Somatic Yoga to the next level of embodiment through a deeper understanding of how this method can profoundly transform your life.
